大型容(rong)器雙向感知(zhi)補償(chang)托罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)鎖(suo)(suo)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)搖臺由于鋼絲繩彈性(xing)伸長(chang),長(chang)臂搖臺存在對罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)困(kun)難、生產效率底、穩罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)性(xing)能(neng)不好、易反彈,特(te)別是對于較深礦井及上下(xia)大件時更為突出(chu),甚至造成事(shi)故。該裝置可以實(shi)現托罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)、鎖(suo)(suo)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)等(deng)功(gong)能(neng),在罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)籠到位后(hou),鎖(suo)(suo)住罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)籠,保證載荷進出(chu)罐(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)籠平穩暢通(tong),然(ran)后(hou)再釋放反彈力。
礦用提升(sheng)容器承載(zai)(張(zhang)力)監測裝置(zhi)實(shi)現提升(sheng)機鋼絲繩終端載(zai)荷實(shi)現實(shi)時在線顯(xian)示,其精度誤(wu)差(cha)小(xiao)于±100Kg。設(she)定超(chao)載(zai)噸位數(shu)值及智能判(pan)斷(duan),通過PLC控制系(xi)統與提升(sheng)機電控系(xi)統實(shi)現超(chao)載(zai)閉(bi)鎖功能。容器正(zheng)常運行(xing)后,通過行(xing)程定位、數(shu)據采集、智能判(pan)斷(duan),可及時準確判(pan)斷(duan)容器在井筒中任何位置(zhi)狀況(包括容器位置(zhi)、井筒卡(ka)阻、防墜器誤(wu)動(dong)作、松繩等問題)。
防(fang)墜(zhui)器及罐道(dao)繩運行動(dong)(dong)(dong)態監(jian)控系統項目(mu)填補了國內(nei)(nei)外(wai)關于防(fang)墜(zhui)器運行動(dong)(dong)(dong)態監(jian)控方面的空白,國內(nei)(nei)外(wai)屬于先進水(shui)平;高精度、抗沖(chong)擊(ji)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器解決現有傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器沖(chong)擊(ji)性(xing)差的難題;實(shi)時監(jian)測張力信號(hao),并可(ke)實(shi)現自動(dong)(dong)(dong)調(diao)節。
液壓爬車機適(shi)用于600軌(gui)距1T和1.5T標(biao)準礦車向上爬高(gao)之用,根據爬高(gao)不(bu)同共有14種型號,每種又以傳動(dong)裝置布置方式不(bu)同分為左側式和右側式,具(ju)體根據現場情(qing)況(kuang)進行設計。
